Final Paper

Mr. Hollands spell was a movie that really moved me. I was non expecting when the movie began that I was going to be so into it. It was a movie that many people could relate to. It showed real manner events such as having to give up your dreams in arrange to provide for your family, not being happy with your job, and having to face a tragedy such as your son being born(p) deaf. This movie was very inspiring and had a great caboodle of relevance to this class. Through out this semester, we have acquire just about many behaviorist and cognitivist theorists and we have in like manner discussed the different types of learning. Although I didnt realize it at archetypical, this movie touched on all of the subjects we have learned about in this class.
The first part in the movie that was related to class was the modal value Mr. Holland forced pr crookice into his students heads. For example, he preached the consequence of practice on one of his first students which was a offspring girl who was trying to learn to play the flute. The major apprehension behind the behaviorists work was the persistence of practice. The volume of the behaviorist practiced their theories on animals. Pavlov, Thorndike, and Skinner all had resembling theories; the law of effect.
