Executive Summary

This Policy memo addresses the discrepancies encountered in Rule of Law stipulations that wish the import and export regime in light of economic reform. An innovation driven economy needs institutions and basic policies that stir up the interaction of trade in the global markets. Aruba knows a noble volume of import and export transactions.
