I just received a call from my friend, Anna, who had just complete watching a documentary on the History rail line called, idol vs. Satan. After watching this program she had a lot of questions and began asking me, what is wrong with the common understanding of dualism? She in any case had trouble with the idea that God and Satan are both eternal and equal forces and that they will struggle for eternity. She argued that if this is not true, God created evil since we know that Satan is evil and God created Satan.
I focused on her initial question on dualism and relayed that gibe to the Evangelical Dictionary of Theology, there are two contend factors or principals at play in any given situation.
