Today our companies new sales team has been selected in lay to help sell cleaning solutions to the health tutorship industries. When talking about corporate training there are four levels of analysis can control us how the training can fulfill our demand.
These four levels consists of 1) giving medication analysis [which] focuses on identifying where within the organization training is needed, 2) demographic analysis [which] is helpful in determining the special needs of a particular group, such as workers over 40, women, or managers at different levels. Those needs may be undertake at the organizational level, the business-unit level, or at the individual level, 3) trading operations analysis [which] attempts to identify the content of trainingâ€"what an employee must do in order to perform competently, 4) individual analysis [which] determines how intimately each employee is performing the tasks that make up his or her credit line (human resources: Productivity, quality of work life, profits, Chapter 8, 2006).
