Because of the long hours these employees put in, it costs them time to care for their families and when they do find the time to spend with them, they are most probable suffering from fatigue because of the amount of work they put in for such minimal amount of money. Not only does this exit with adults but also children, who are snatched from school in dedicate to provide necessities for survival. It becomes an endless cycle, these children continue to be uneducated and same their parents and they end up not having enough money to take out a living. These people are taken advantage of. They are trapped into their misery with no say.
