Some films are made to entertain the masses and disengage muckle from the boredom and tediousness of the working year suburban feelstyle. However, every once in a while thither are films that come along and awaken people to the truths of the adventure we are all on and the beauty of the joys we encounter and the struggles with which we take care as human beings. Into the Wild not only shatters the illusion of the materialistic capitalist society, but it also takes the viewer on a grand journey of an almost spiritual nature. jammed with an all- star cast and a soundtrack from Pearl Jams lead vocalist and songwriter Eddie Vedder, this film shore ups on the shiver of a well-regarded novel about a college graduate who chooses that the rage and violence in civilized society is too more to handle and commences a journey through nature in order to truly live life as it was meant to be. The pathos with which Krakauer captured the spirit of McCandless and his journey is extended appropriately to the film demo by Sean Penn. Even if one might not be able to appreciate the purpose for McCandles journey, I dont believe anyone would be able to deny the fact that Into the Wild is a mad and poignant cinematic experience.
