Wine production is considered as a type of effected biotechnology because it had involved the manipulation of the microorganisms such as yeast and used them to produce wine from fruit juices. During wine production, the hear event that converted fruit juices to wine was alcoholic fermentation, and it occurred because yeast inside the wine had belowgone anaerobic respiration that converted stops into alcohol.
