1.The Change Analysis:
In this simulation the purpose was to examine behaviors that facilitate and confront conclave function, their roles, and the roles of group members. Examination of the group processes was explored.
This simulation challenged the discordant individual organization agendas. Each organization determination was to further their cause as a result of the crude oil spill. Each member roles was to convince the other members that their recommendation to the governor was the right solution. The conflict of environmental concerns, who and to what extent were they responsibility, and course of action at law that would meet the commissions charter. The roles that each member represented debated heavily these issues. The sermon regarding the interpretation of facts, or studies results was an issue at the center of the debate, and how putting green ground would be achieved.
Analysis of theoretical concepts:
The simulation asked that members precisely to read their role responsibility which was instrumental to the real experiences of how a group functions. The group content of making solid recommendations to the governor regarding the oil spill that all organizations felt was fair and conjectural took on many elements of the group processes.



Communication from each member identifying what their end state looked like allowed insight into their agenda. This also communicated to the group what areas they were passionate about, and may be a point of reciprocation as the group worked toward common ground.
In identifying the business, and solving the problem allowed all in the group to weigh the pros and cons. The process touch on to what extend could each organization adequately immerse suggested solutions without compromising their responsibilities, and ethics.
